Chef Florent Cantaut

2007年加入FERRANDI&认证讲师。多年在英国、科威特、加拿大等世界众多国家任职西点厨师。曾就职于中东一家5星级酒店,丰富的经历使他在不同的产品与创意技巧上得到了充分发挥才华的机会,他带领团队设计的5米高婚礼蛋糕,4米长的圣诞柴蛋糕都曾是他引以为傲的作品。在FERRANDI做了数年的职业培训后,他加入了海外培训项目组负责教授基本西点制作技巧与进阶技能。Chef Stévy Antoine joined FERRANDI Paris in 2007 after many years working as a pastry chef around the world (UK, Koweit, Canada …). While in the Middle East working as pastry sous-chef in a 5 star hotel, he had the opportunity to develop his creative skills on different projects such as a 5 meter high wedding cake of a 4 meter long Christmas Yule log (bûche de Noel).After several years teaching on the vocational training level to French students,Stévy joined the International team to teach basic and advanced pastry to students from around the world.
